This is refund and returns policy page.

Overview

At our store, we always make sure that our products are of good quality and are carefully inspected before shipping. If you do receive a defective product, don’t worry, we have a very easy return process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

What should you do when you receive a defective product?

If you are not happy with your recent purchase, please do the following:

1.Contact your sales manager through the website’s instant messenger or email within 15 days of receiving the product. Indicate your willingness to exchange or refund.

2.Provide photos or videos that clearly show the quality defects of the product.

3.Once it is confirmed that the product is defective (this confirmation process usually takes one day), please return the product to the return address provided by the contact person. All items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. After we receives the product, a refund will be arranged to your original payment method or sending you back the intact product. Shipping charges for returns shall be borne by you.

Exchanges

Special attention! We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send physical pictures and other information via email to jimer.manager@gmail.com , and send your item to the specific address given in the reply email.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 15 days of receipt of the goods.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Can you return an item if it is worn, damaged or if the label has been removed?

  • Please only return items that are in the same condition as when you received them- undamaged and unwashed, with tags and packaging still attached.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have a non-returnable symbol on them, or for complimentary items.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: { confirm with my manager }.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Important Reminder

  • It is important not to return items to the sender’s address on the package, as this is not our designated return address. Before initiating a return or exchange, kindly contact our sales manager at jimer.manager@gmail.com. Please only ship to the address provided by our sales manager, as shipping to any other address may hinder the processing of your return.
  • Ensure that your return package contains only Chinajimer.com items. We cannot be held responsible for returning any non-Chinajimer products items included in the package.
