Thank you for visiting and shopping at Chinajimer. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy (Shipping Methods).

Shipping Methods

We ship internationally via DHL/UPS, or we may use sea shipping if the order volume is more than 1 cubic meter, depending on your location.

Discount of postage

We are a member of the elite group of international express companies. This affords us preferential prices for shipping. For example, we are a member of EMS and receive a 30% discount from the post office.

Shipping & delivery time

After you place an order, we will check your order and begin picking within 5-7working days. As our established wholesalers, we will prioritize checking your order and preparing stock items for you.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Generally, it takes 7-12 working days to get an item delivered all over the world by DHL/FedEx/UPS (Shipping Methods), depending on where you live. It usually takes 10-15 working days by EMS (except for Russia).

Calculated the postage

When it comes to the ordering stage, the heavier the better. For example, the EMS express charge is almost the same price for 1 or 5 items, so buy more and save! This is because postage is calculated by weight, so the more you send at once, the cheaper the shipping cost will be per kg.

The shipping cost

The shipping cost can vary depending on a few factors: weight, delivery method, and destination country. We find it difficult to declare an exact shipping fee before you place an order. You can choose the shipping company you like; we will also check all the express and suggest the most suitable way for you. If you are not satisfied with our shipping fee, you can also choose to cancel your order or send a pre-paid box to collect your package.

Damages

Chinajimer is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We will try our best to deliver at the scheduled time and location. If delivery is delayed, postponed, or cancelled due to traffic, weather, different district, or other factors, Chinajimer shall not be liable for any loss or damage.

INCORRECT ADDRESS / ORDERS

We are unable to change the details of an order once it has been placed. Please contact Customer Care by calling +86 15618314131 or email jimer.manager@gmail.com if you have made an error and we will try to halt your order, however, due to fast processing times this is not guaranteed.

We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses, however will always try to accommodate amends where we can. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully.

Any change in delivery must be made at least 2 working days before the scheduled delivery.
